Daniel Arsham x Kohler Limited Candle Holder! These were given to select collectors at Design Miami where they unveiled Arshams new sink collaboration with Kohler. Definitely a limited edition, but not sure how many. 5 x 4 x 1.5 inches (probably a little bigger, but Ill measure next week for sure). Looked at a few that they were giving out and they all had some flaws here and there, mine has them what looks like a small chip, but doesnt distract, it could have happened during its travels to the fair or in the making of them, but anyway its still a beauty and a very rare piece for any Daniel Arsham fan. The last three pics are of the actual sink. The first of its kind, this unconventional vessel sink reinterprets stacked rocks via 3D-printed vitreous china and patinaed hand-cast brasssymbolic of the collaboration and innovation built on the heritage of the KOHLER® brand. The sinks physical composition underpins the notion of future meets past with a digitally crafted vitreous china body resting atop traditional brass; the basin a modern-day interpretation of primitive coil-building techniques. Each printed sink is unique unto itself, arriving in Arsham Studio-designed housing with a certificate verifying its authenticity and edition number.
