RARE 1897 HOLY BIBLE GUSTAVE DORE ARTWORK OLD & NEW TESTAMENTS BOOK (EV5). Fantastic RARE antique HUGE HEAVY religious Holy Bible hardback book from 1897. Contains full page illustrations throughout by Gustave Dore (see photos for list of engravings).

Contains Old & New Testaments (some Gustave Dore Bibles are split into Volumes 1 & 2 for Old & New Testaments but this book contains both testaments). Photos show staining to the cover.

Photo 3 shows fading to the red page edges. Photo 23 shows a name in pen on the inside cover. Some pages have light foxing but most pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 127 years old.
