SHAG Josh Agle Night Birds Unframed Serigraph Art Print Tiki #244/300 New Rare

  

Up for sale is a SHAG 15-color hand-pulled serigraph entitled, "Night Birds" from 2002. The print is signed by SHAG and is numbered 244/300. It measures 11 x 23 (approx 28cm x 58.5cm).

SHAG did not start issuing certificates of authenticity until around 2003, so all 300 copies of this print were never issued with a COA. PLEASE NOTE: There is one small crease (about one inch long) just above the womans breast. Fortunately, the crease is really only visible when the serigraph is viewed at an angle. When viewed normally, the crease cannot be seen.

The serigraph cannot be viewed at an angle once it is framed, so the crease will be virtually invisible once the serigraph is under glass. I took one photo of the serigraph at an angle, and the crease is visible. I took a second photo at a normal angle, and the crease is invisible.

Otherwise, the serigraph is in MINT condition. It has been carefully stored rolled in acid-free materials in a smoke-free/pet-free home and has never been framed or displayed.
