SHAG Josh Agle The Stairs Unframed Serigraph Art Print Tiki #249/300 New Rare

  
Up for sale is a SHAG 10-color hand-pulled serigraph entitled, "The Stairs" from 2002. The print is signed by SHAG and is numbered 249/300. It measures 13.25 x 24.75 (approx 33.5cm x 63cm). SHAG did not start issuing certificates of authenticity until around 2003, so all 300 copies of this print were never issued with a COA. PLEASE NOTE: There is one small crease (about one and a half inches long) located around the chest area of the man coming g down the stairs.

The crease can be seen when viewing this area at any angle, but from a distance of about 18 inches (roughly the distance one would normally view the artwork), the crease is very difficult to notice. I feel once the serigraph is under glass and framed, the crease will be virtually invisible.

I took one photo up close where the crease is visible. I took a second photo from a distance of about 18 inches where the crease is difficult to see. Otherwise, the serigraph is in MINT condition.

It has been carefully stored rolled in acid-free materials in a smoke-free/pet-free home and has never been framed or displayed.
