This is from a collection issued by Arts Council England in 2007 to mark their 60th anniversary, entitled: Art in Your Hand. It is designed and drawn/signed by Tracey Emin in the print.

The inscription reads: We've got fur and lots of ears. It features a drawing of Emin's cat, Docket. These travel card holders for the London Underground are highly collectable. This wallet has never been used.
